Distribution agreement for Iberia and Italy
Ingecom will distribute Varonis in Spain and Portugal as well as in Italy through its partner network.
Javier Modúbar, CEO at Ingecom, comments on the agreement: “From Ingecom we are satisfied with this distribution agreement for Spain, Portugal and Italy with Varonis, as it complements a new need we see in companies and more so at this time when the digital transformation is accelerating and will be one of the priorities of all companies. One of the objectives that all companies have is to have control over the information, know where it is located and move it where it should be to protect it later; in this, Varonis is a leader in the market since it was born from this concept due to the gap that its founders saw that existed. This allows Ingecom to offer Varonis’ technology advising clients in the transformation that is taking place, where the barriers of the organizations have fallen and the information is no longer only located in local servers, but remotely. We consider that Varonis represents a fundamental value in our portfolio and we are grateful for the trust they have placed in Ingecom”.
“Companies are moving from on-premises networks to cloud data stores and collaboration platforms that make data accesible anywhere, at any time. While remote availability boosts business and ensures connectivity, it also provides cybercriminals and with an expanded attack surface. Fortunately, it is posible to identify and protect your sensitive data to least privilege with Varonis. We’re looking forward to working with Ingecom with this new partnership”, said Juan Gosalvez, Channel Manager Iberia and Italy at Varonis.
SealPath Integration
Varonis fits perfectly with some solutions of Ingecom’s portfolio such as SealPath. Its integration is simple. On the one hand, Varonis’ platform allows to search for information wherever the document is and classifies and orders it based on different parameters -for example, whether the information it contains is confidential or not. In the case that the document is confidential, Sealpath can encrypt and protect the document, allowing the user to have control over it even if the document is sent to a third party.
